Aquafaba Soda Bread
I always have leftover chickpea water, called aqufaba, after cooking chickpeas. I use this in my hummus recipe but I found it works great in bread too. Preheat oven to 170c/388f Ingredients: 2 cups buckwheat Flour 1 cup Oats (use gluten free if needed) Small handful of seeds.
